Return & Refund Policy

At The Mix, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how returns are handled.


Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.


Return Shipping & Handling Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns
    If a return is due to a change of mind, size preference, or style preference (for example, ordering a size L and later preferring a size M), the customer will be responsible for all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
  • The Mix Error or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, The Mix will cover the return logistics and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once the return is confirmed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after approval
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary
